I am going to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg tomorrow, the first day it opens. I need some advice on what rides/shows are the best. I am 13, so nothing too crazy cuz I’m don’t absolutely LOVE scary roller coasters. Actually, I’ve never been on one. But I’m willing to try tomorrow and get over my fear cuz my chorus group is going to hershey in may and i want to be able to go on all the rides with my friends. So anyway also include what shows are good, too. Thanx!

5 days ago I 1st noticed few winged tho sm adults and quite a few eggs on the underside of my Sugar Snap Peas & Snow Peas. I Garden Dust from company named BONIDE. An Insecticide-fungiside dust. Had a ton of rain & cold, so just got back out there today and they seem to have multiplied a tenfold! Many, many winged and more eggs! Can anyone help me before I give up on organic and just BLAST them away with chemicals which just goes against everything! Any serious advice out there? Please? Thanks, Alley

A neighbor had some cedar and other evergreen trees removed from his yard. The tree company that did the job had lots of wood chips when they were done. The foreman offered me a small truckload of them for landscaping purposes. Of course there is a relatively small percentage of bark mixed with the wood chips, and of course a lot of small branches and pine needles.
My question: Is it a good idea to use these wood chips for landscaping, to cover our flower beds, like you would use store-bought beauty bark? Or would it possibly cause problems due to rotting, or be a magnet for termites and other nasty little critters?
And if those things aren’t problems, do you think it would make a good ground-cover? Can you think of any other uses for it?
Any advice before I pay to have it hauled away would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’m planting a passionfruit cutting and need to know how big the pot should be to avoid repotting altogether. I want it to stay in the same pot for its whole life, so how big should it be?

I hear that President Obama is trying to put taxes on small home gardens because if you have one you don’t use your local store for fruit and veggies and that’s bad for the economy is that right?

I am planning a large, informal activity for our church. The theme is "Autumn Nights". Just to give you an idea of the direction I’m going…instead of a standard refreshment table we’re doing a Caramel Apple bar, with quartered apples, a couple fondue fountains with caramel and chocolate, and some crushed nuts, butterfinger, etc…for people to dip their apples in. I am definitely going to use autumn leaves to decorate, and a full moon, but I don’t know what to use on the tables. There will be 8 – 10 small round tables and I would like to make centerpieces that are low but I don’t know where to go to get inspiration for which flowers to use or anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

I live in southern Idaho .I already planted some bulbs in one dog’s grave ,/ They have not or did not come up so I’m a little worried about them. They are in Scruffy’s grave for those of you from Pets-Dogs) and now I’m looking for plants/flowers that will come back year after year. They will be both Scruffy’ss and Liberty’s memorials. It’s get below freezing in the winter here so we have to fact that in this.
Does anyone have any great ideas of what I can plant in their memorials that will come back year after year and get bigger too? One idea I’m playing is rose bushes. Does anyone know of plants that have beautiful flowers to remind me of them at their graveside?I’m open to suggestions. Can anyone please help me out here?
Thank You for all the suggestions with this!
