can some please list all the flowers that grow in snow or between winter time or whats the best flower to get some one who loves the snow

Of these, I would get someone a Hellebore (Lenten Rose, Christmas rose). They are gorgeous, long lived plants that spread nicely. You can take their offshoots and plant them elsewhere in the garden – so they are truly the gift that will keep on giving.

There are only one or two that grow in snow. Crocus and snowdrops show up as the snow is melting in the spring, but during real winter, nothing grows.
