I’m planting grass & just found grubs. Can i plant grass, put down grub control & fertilizer simultaneously?

Grubs are mature. Grass seeds will be replacing tall fescue patches I have removed. I always use Scotts Winterizer and wonder if it will be too much for the grass seedlings. The grubs NEED attention now. Would I be wasting time planting grass before I get rid of the grubs?

I would apply grub control first. You need to water these insecticides into the soil well to reach the grubs. They are not effective unless watered in. Putting seeds down and then applying grub control with heavy watering can wash-out your seeds. This is the only issue I think that you would encounter if you did it all at once.
Also, Scotts winterizer (22-2-14) has very little phosphorus. Starter fertilizers (Scotts® Starter® Fertilizer 20-27-5) are usually high in phosphorus because this element promotes root development; just what a new seedling needs. Though it could be applied at the time that you sow your seeds, a winterizer would not be the best fertilizer to use on your seeded areas.

No the grubs eat the roots not the grass.Hit them with some Grub X .Plant your seed s as you would normally do.

Grub X can kill the grubs. Use a starter fertilizer for the new grass it is specially formulated so it wont burn the new seedlings
