My landlord’s father is kind of crazy and takes property from my backyard?

He has taken cloths from my laundry room, a garden hoe, pool supplies, chairs and other stuff. my land lords lives in front of us and his father house is also in front of ours. we let the landlord know and he just apologized and said his dad is carzy and he will talk to him. is there a law for this stuff

You should definitely ask him to return the stolen items. It’s hard to control crazy people so best to keep things locked up. If they don’t return the stolen items, file a police report. Stealing is illegal in most countries, i think.

Oh, you could put up a fence too to keep him out.
