Try Means Building Construction Cost Data.
It is published by RS MEans and Co. and contains a lot of information on basic construction and landscaping work. It is pricey (over $100), but worth it.
First, determine your actual costs for fuel, labor, equipment. Second, contact other providers, to get estimates for various services such as planting, mowing, tree care, etc. Third determine what your primary effort should be directed toward, such as full service firm, reduced service (mowing, tree planting, planting flower beds, etc). Last, use a good accountant to set up your bookkeeping.
